Job Responsibilities 

The Business Development Representative position will report to the VP of Global Sales and act as the main liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Responsibilities will include:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Arrange meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Engineers
  • Report to the VP of Sales on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay abreast with new products services and enhancements
  • Making outbound calls to prospective CredAgility® clients
  • Demonstrate high level solution overview presentations online
  • Research leads via the Company’s marketing tools
  • Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
  • Supporting CredAgility marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns

Desired Work Experience and Skills

  • Four year college degree preferred
  • Previous work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role
  • Quality track record of achieving sales goals
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Experiencing using CRM software
  • Entrepreneur mindset – think like an owner
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with prospective customers and partners
  • Proven track record of offering innovative ideas to improve products and processes; includes providing feedback from meetings / conversations with clients as to what potential product enhancements or other solution opportunities may exist
  • Enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, including meticulous follow-up
  • Driven to work and succeed independently, yet works well in a team environment
  • Deliver engaging presentations
  • Familiarity in MS Office applications
