CMC Announces Hiring of Adam Richardson to Lead Rapidly Expanding International Markets

WILMINGTON, Del, October 6, 2016 — CMC, the leading provider of comprehensive customer experience management solutions for global lenders, today announced that Adam Richardson has joined the company as executive general manager of international markets.

In this newly created role, Richardson assumes executive responsibility for all CMC activities outside of North America. With CMC’s growing global presence and rapidly evolving suite of solutions, he will define the strategic direction of the product and marketing investment as CMC expands.

Richardson brings a wealth of industry leadership experience to CMC, having held key executive positions in several Australian banks. He started his career in credit risk management at BankWest, where he subsequently held numerous positions of increasing responsibility. Richardson also held leadership roles at Commonwealth Bank, where his last position was head of collections operations & business intelligence. In 2014 Richardson joined Flexigroup (FXL), where he was head of shared services leading the transformation of the operations business.

Richardson has a graduate diploma of business and was a member of the Australian national water polo team from 2001-2006.
