CMC Collections System Chosen For Phillips & Cohen Associates’ Estate Management Portal

8 January 2014 –CMC today announced that CredAgility, its collections and workflow management system, has been selected to power Phillips & Cohen Associates’ newly-launched Estate-Serve℠ portal for the UK.

Phillips & Cohen Associates is the UK’s only dedicated probate recovery specialist and the UK arm of the industry’s only multinational probate recovery specialist.  Estate-Serve is the industry’s first comprehensive on-line portal for consumer self-service estate account management. Following a successful pilot launch in the US, it is now available in the UK.

Estate-Serve enables Executors, Administrators and other authorised Individuals (“Estate Managers”) to manage the estate account process in a secure online environment.  It includes features such as balance verification, complete account negotiation and resolution as well as access to information and support resources.
