CMC Issued a U.S. Patent For its Multi-channel Virtual Collections Center Capability

USPTO allowance confirms ground-breaking nature of CMC platform and approach

Wilmington, DE, May 2, 2014 – Collections marketing Center, Inc. (CMC) is pleased to announce today that it has received notice of issuance from the US Patent Office of a patent for its “Method and System for Providing a Multi-Channel Virtual Collections Center”. The U.S. patent number 8,660,941 describes CMC’s unique method for combining payment program management, communications management and data analytics modules to manage debt collections campaigns – using client-configured scenarios deployed in its virtual (cloud-based) system to provide individualized treatments for each debtor in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
