CMC Publishes Findings on 12th Installment of Industry Advisory Group Meeting

Philadelphia, PA April 18, 2014 – The 12th installment of CMC’s highly successful Industry Advisory Group (IAG) get-together convened on April 15th at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in center city Philadelphia. Vytas Kisielius, CMC’s CEO, opened the meeting by welcoming over 50 participants representing 21 different thought-leading organizations in the financial services industry and leading a discussion on the impact of mobile technology adoption on the credit, risk and collections functions.

The agenda highlighted a top 10 US Bank reviewing how CMC’s solution drove compliant automation to their recovery operation, as well as Matt Scarborough of Bridgeforce discussing how to maintain zero-defect compliance and other client use case studies.

This year’s keynote speaker was Jeremy Roberts, CEO of Center for Business Solutions (CBS).  Jeremy provided a perspective into techniques for training agents on how to integrate their talk track with the increasingly wide-ranging (and all too often fragmented) number of different channels through which our customers are interacting with us.

The afternoon featured a Technology Showcase highlighting recent product advancements and new CMC solution offerings. These demo’s featured CMC’s new and updated solutions around Compliance Management, Advanced Workflows, Dispute Management, 3rd Party Vendor Management, Integrated Telephony, and numerous User Interface Enhancements.
