6.7 Release Brings Continued Agent Efficiencies with Configurable Widgets, Customer Level Enhancements, and GUI Improvements

CMC’s Unified Collections solution, built upon the proprietary platform, now features configurable widget functionality as a standard offering within the agent portal. The advancement provides users with modular components, such as Google Maps and photo upload capability, to better customize collections efforts at the agent level. A primary responsible party’s address, such as home and work, can be configured to appear in the Google Maps widget. This enhancement provides users with greater visibility when assessing property value. Likewise, the photo upload widget may function as a photo repository of assets and their conditions.
