Ray Peloso, CEO- Ray joined CMC in August 2014, and was Chief Operating Officer until November 2015. Since December 2015 Ray has been Chief Executive Officer, bringing nearly 25 years of diverse lending, collections and infrastructure experience to CMC.  From 2008-2012 he was responsible for all retail default, recoveries, mortgage servicing and fraud performance RBS’ Citizens Bank US subsidiary. Ray previously held executive roles with Capital One including work in collections strategy and operations management. Ray’s earlier career included key marketing and operational leadership roles at US lenders MBNA America and Citibank, including credit and lending responsibilities.  Over the years Ray has had substantial responsibility leading risk strategy development, analytics and decision sciences, project and technology implementation, process engineering, and operational performance. Ray holds both a BA and MBA from Georgetown University, and remains active as Vice Chair of the Alumni Advisory Council of the Georgetown McDonough Graduate School of Business. Back to the top


Ye Zhang, CTO – Ye Zhang is one of the founders and visionaries behind CMC, and leads the design and architecture of CMC’s innovative CredAgility platform as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Ye’s expertise spans a wide range of disciplines including banking, internet technologies and artificial intelligence where he has had proven success in product delivery, product development, analytic modeling, and business strategy. Prior to joining CMC, Ye served as Bridgeforce’s Chief Scientist, then CTO, where he accumulated a wealth of credit card, fraud detection and collection optimization experience helping Fortune 100 financial clients deploy and manage online collections systems, artificial intelligence fraud detection systems and business strategies. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, Ye was the Chief Scientist and VP of Development for Ensuredmail Inc, where he led the development of a complete server- and client-based encryption product line that received the FIPS 140 certification. In his days as a scholar, Ye has worked on various NSF-funded pattern recognition and artificial intelligence research projects including dynamic 3D scene motion modeling and tracking, human face modeling and tracking, and facial expression recognition. He has published more than 10 articles in technical journals and conference proceedings in the area of computer vision and pattern recognition. Ye holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sichuan University. He also holds a Master’s Degree and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Delaware. Back to the top


Gregory J. Bell, CFO- Greg joined CMC in July 2013 as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, responsible for finance, administration, legal and facilities. Prior to joining CMC, Greg was the Americas’ Region Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer for International SOS, a medical and security assistance company, and Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Katalyst LLC, an investment banking firm focused on the technology marketplace. Prior to 2003, Greg was Chief Financial Officer of Destiny Websolutions, Inc., an information technology consulting firm serving the financial services industry and Chief Financial Officer of FNX Limited, a global financial services software company. Greg served in management positions in Finance at life sciences firms Strategic Diagnostics Incorporated and Enzymatics, Inc., before which he spent more than 7 years at Arthur Andersen and Co. Greg received his BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Back to the top


Adam Richardson, Executive General Manager of International Markets-
Adam joined CMC in October 2016 to lead international markets and define the strategic direction of product and marketing investment. He has executive P&L responsibility for all CMC business activity in International Markets, including but not limited to Australia, the UK, and Europe. Prior to CMC Adam has held key executive positions in several Australian banks. He started his career in credit risk management at BankWest, where he subsequently held numerous positions of increasing responsibility. Richardson also held leadership roles at Commonwealth Bank, where his last position was head of collections operations & business intelligence. In 2014 Richardson joined Flexigroup, where he was head of shared services leading the transformation of the operations business. Adam has a graduate diploma of business and was a member of the Australian national water polo team from 2001-2006. Back to the top


Mike D’Andrade, Global Global Head of Delivery and General Manager, North America- Mike was recently promoted to lead software delivery efforts for CMC after exceeding his sales targets in North America and successfully directing CMC’s North American sales efforts for four years. Prior to joining CMC, Mike enjoyed a successful 20 year career in banking including roles as the EVP of underwriting and risk management for MBNA’s Canadian operation, EVP of small business lending, risk management and fraud for MBNA’s U.S. operation, and CRO / Head of Operations for Swift Financial. In his various banking roles, Mike led major software solution implementations for his business units including new collections systems, underwriting platforms, and fraud solutions. Mike started his career as a 30 day collector and has both collected and managed collections across all stages of delinquency, including recovery and debt sale efforts. He completed a double major at the University of Delaware and holds diplomas from the American Bankers Association in consumer, commercial and mortgage lending.

Gary Albers, Head of Advisory Services – Gary is the head of CMC’s Advisory Services business, which intertwines deep subject matter expertise in credit and collections with a thorough understanding of the CredAgility Platform. Gary joined CMC in July 2008 to manage the day-to-day operations and played a critical role in launching the first CredAgility clients. Since joining CMC in 2008, Gary has been responsible for production support, data analytics, and client delivery. Gary brings with him more than 20 years of banking and technology experience from previous companies such as Amazon and Barclay’s. Gary held numerous positions at Barclay’s in operations, strategy, and vendor management, which gives him tremendous insight into how CredAgility can best be leveraged to meet client needs. Over the past few years at CMC, Gary has been working with clients to maximize the benefits of the CredAgility platform. Gary earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. Additionally, Gary holds a Microsoft Certification in Systems Engineering, and has also been involved in Visa Bankcard training. While not working Gary enjoys spending time with his wife Jodi and two daughters: Kalli and Isabella.

Robert Adelson, Chair – Bob founded Osage Partners in 1990 and has built a track record as a top-performing venture investor. He is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he is a partner in a fourth generation family business. Prior to founding Osage, Bob clerked with the honorable Walter K. Stapleton, U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced corporate law at the Philadelphia law firm of Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen. Bob’s previous venture investments include Zany Brainy, Inphonic, Internet Capital Group (NASDAQ: ICGE), and GHR Systems (acquired by Metavante). He is a graduate of The Yale Law School, where he was an editor of The Yale Law Journal, and of Yale College, from which he graduated summa cum laude. Bob is a trustee of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University, and Jefferson Health System. Richard M. Berkeley – Richard is a Senior Partner and joined Camden Partners in 2002. Prior to joining Camden, he spent 19 years with Alex. Brown & Sons, Incorporated and its successor organizations, Bankers Trust Corporation and Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Richard focuses on investments in the business and financial services, health care and education markets for the firm. Previously, Richard was Managing Director and Global Head of the Equity Private Placements Group at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., where he was responsible for the origination, structuring, and consummation of private equity financings for private and public companies. During his tenure, Richard and his team members completed more than 135 private equity financings for private and public companies. Following graduate school, he practiced law at Dell, Craighill, Fentress & Benton between 1980 and 1983. He also served as an officer in the United States Air Force between 1974 and 1976. Richard is a former member of the Board of Managers of the University of Virginia Alumni Association, and a former President and former member of the Board of Directors of the Jefferson Scholars Foundation at the University of Virginia. He has served, or is currently serving, on the Boards of Directors of a number of public and private companies – including RealPage, Inc., WageWorks, Inc., HemCon Medical Technologies, Inc., TradeBeam Holdings, Inc., IncentOne, Inc., and Barton-Cotton, Inc. – educational institutions, and charitable organizations. Ralph Clark – Ralph is a former Corporate Vice President of International Business Machines. Ralph held many executive roles during his IBM career through 1994, including General Manager of the IBM Financial Services Business Unit, which managed the sales, manufacture and development of hardware, software and services for a multi-billion dollar worldwide business area. Ralph also served as Chairman of Frontec AMT, Inc. a global software and services company until 1998, and now serves on the boards of several private and public companies. Back to the top


Dawn Willey – Dawn is the founder and CEO of Bridgeforce Inc., a consulting firm specializing since 2000 in the strategies, systems, and tools required to maximize the value of credit relationships. Dawn also was one of the founders and visionaries behind CMC. Prior to Bridgeforce, Dawn’s career spanned numerous credit, risk, collections, and business technology executive positions during more than 16 years at MBNA during its early growth years.
